Chef Marciano, wife Trisha, and family are originally from Bronx, New York. They came to Florida over 20 years ago. They have three children - Melissa, who has three children (Chef Marciano's and Trisha's grandchildren), Ian, Annabelle, and Piper Lily; Tommy, who works in the kitchen, and Tiffany, who also works as waitress and bartender. Family is most important to the Marciano and Trisha. They have shown their children to follow their dreams by opening Marciano's Wine and Dine at Rio in 2011. They always told their children when you want something you must go after it!! They have been in the restaurant business for over 15 years and worked in many other restaurants in South Florida. Chef Marciano's passion is and has always been cooking. They moved to Jensen Beach in 2000 and always knew they would open a restaurant one day, but waited for the right moment. Chef Marciano, who worked locally in Jensen Beach for local restaurants such as The Dolphin Bar and Shrimp House, specializes in Italian dishes but also caters to American food. Chef Marciano, wife Trisha, and family always says, "I cook my food with lots of love!"

After more than a year and a half of success at previous site in Rio, Marciano's moved to new site in downtown Jensen Beach. Chef Marciano and his wife Trisha strive so their customers can feel the ambiance of a family friendly place to have a wonderful meal made with lots of love! Chef Marciano's food dishes are very important to him. His pizza is made with Grande cheese and has people wanting to come back again and again for more pizza. His menu consists of wonderful Italian dishes and surprises his customers with his elegant and flavorful dinner specials. Their motto for opening was to have people be able to go out to dinner with their families and have great food with affordable prices. He understands that this current economy it makes it hard for people to be able to afford to go out and have dinner so he has carefully priced his menus items to cater to his customers' enjoyment.

Marciano's Wine and Dine has live entertainment six nights a week! With great dinner music, you can enjoy a nice romantic meal; put on your dancing shoes; and dance with your sweetheart all night long.
